Simon Sankarayya

Simon Sankarayya is the founder of award-winning interactive design and user-experience agency AllofUs and the president of D&AD.

Simon Sankarayya co-founded AllofUs in 2003 and is responsible for the overall art direction of all its major projects including BBC, Coco de Mer, Great Ormond Street, Nokia, Renault and Selfridges. AllofUs focuses on how interactive design can work alongside other areas in the creative industries such as interiors, branding and installation based work. At AllofUs he has created installations for most of the major galleries in London, a sound reactive identity for Great Ormond Street Hospital, interactive furniture for Chelsea Harbour and worked on Sky’s video download service from its inception.
 
After studying graphic design at Nottingham Trent, "Sanky" joined Digit at its inception as art director and worked with various clients including the award-winning Habitat, MTV2, Stella McCartney, Design Museum, Creative Review and Sky.
 
Sanky is a regular speaker at international design conferences including the IDN Fresh Conferences in Sydney and Singapore, Flash Forward Amsterdam, Design Yatra Goa and Design Indaba in South Africa speaking alongside Sir Terence Conran.
 
He has also been a judge for the D&AD Awards, Design Week Awards, Flash Forward Awards, Roses Design Awards and Canadian Art Directors Club and the Construction Awards.
 
Sanky is currently D&AD President.
