Winner of a Red Dot Award and 'The Most Beautiful Object in South Africa' 2008 for its Nested Bunk Beds, Tsai Design Studio is a multi-disciplinary design practice based in Cape Town. The studio strives to produce provocative designs that are unconventional yet instilled with a strong sense of cultural and social relevance, particularly in South Africa. This year, Tsai Design Studio is launching an original concept called Ostrich Barstool, in collaboration with another award-winning South African designer, Ronel Jordaan.
