The president of Alessi Spa, as well as the head of marketing strategy, communication and design management, Alberto Alessi is widely regarded as the godfather of Italian design.

Alessi talks about having the freedom to dance on the border-line of what is possible and impossible in design. He believes that design can help to make society better and that in Italian design there is a naïve but great belief that beauty can actually save the world.
