Sometimes designs are so obviously clever that one wonders “why has nobody thought of that?” The truth is probably that at least 100 other people have thought of it, but despite living in a world of information-overload you just haven’t stumbled across it yet.
Amateur philosophy aside though, Chris Brigham’s Bike Shelf is a great idea. Bicycles are awkward things to store, especially if you live in a small space like a flat. Brigham became aware of this void where “elegant bike management” was concerned and decided to do something to fix this problem.
The Bike Shelf is made from solid Walnut wood and suspended by a hollow steel square rod mount. It holds your bike and still has space for whatever else you would like to put on the shelf, like books, flowers or your extra tubes. The shelf has been designed to fit most frames but it can easily be customised.
