Thingking – by Lyall Sprong and Marc Nicolson – is a Cape Town-based “designer-maker” consultancy whose stand at Design Indaba Expo 2013 drew crowds throughout the three-day event.
No surprise then that the design consultancy walked away with the Most Creative Stand Award for Design Indaba Expo 2013.
The award is designed to celebrate creativity and innovation, and encourage all those exhibitors who go the extra mile in creating their Expo stands.
This year, Thingking was selected for how playfully it showcased the design studio's process-driven approach. Sprong and Nicolson had a number of their innovative designs on display, which were a constant source of delight for visitors to the Expo.
Thingking's award includes six sqm of exhibition space at Design Indaba Expo 2014.
