After many years of contact between Dutch designer Ineke Hans and London-based manufacturing company SCP the first striking range of comfortable furniture has been created.
Hans has labeled her first collection the “Welland Series”. The array comprises of a table, bench, stool and chair all made from solid ash wood. The seating components are designed for maximum comfort as they are made of two separate parts that feature a slightly concave seat.
The “Welland Series” is available in ash wood for a neutral look or a stained red for a more commanding arrangement.
Hans will be showing the series at the London Design Festival from until 23 September 2012.
