Spier Secret Festival 2013

In October 2013 Design Indaba attended the Spier Secret Festival 2013 conference and caught up with some of the speakers.

Local and international speakers reveal new insights on food and wine trends through talks, workshops, tastings and food installations at the one-day Spier Secret conference on Friday 25 October. A nose-to-tail lunch experience is prepared by chef Rudi Liebenberg, using Farmer Angus’ produce. On Saturday 26 October, Nicolas Joly presents a 4-hour talk on biodynamie.

Speakers at the conference include Marije Vogelzang, Andy Fenner (Frankie Fenner Meat Merchants) and Robert Sayre (Conflict Kitchen). Design Indaba attended as media to interview these food design experts to find out about their passion projects.
