Expo 2014: Early Bird sales now open

The next Design Indaba Expo will take place from Friday 28 February to Sunday 2 March (Buyers Day Thursday 27 February) 2014. 

The Design Indaba Expo team is hard at work planning an excellent show, with new features and ideas. In this spirit of innovation, we’ve revamped our curation policy for 2014.

Whereas previously only first-time exhibitors were required to go through curation, for 2014 all exhibitors will need to apply to exhibit even if you have exhibited before. This will apply to longtime exhibitors too, and no exceptions will be made.

2. We have new sector names. See our guidelines to determine what sector you fall into.
3. Apply online.

We sent out a communiqué to all exhibitors last week stating that at least some of exhibitors’ stock at the Expo must be new. If you have not yet developed new designs, however, you can apply with images of your most recent work.

2014 Rates

Our Early Bird rates for Design Indaba Expo 2014 are the same as 2013 prices.

Please note the Early Bird discount closes on 31 August 2013.

Continuing our pricing model from last year, shell stands in premium positions pay slightly more because they allow greater visibility. This premium is built into the rate. The prices for the jewellery sector are aligned with this.

STANDARD RATE: R2 200 per sqm

EARLY BIRD RATE: R2 350 per sqm
STANDARD RATE: R2 500 per sqm
 
Shell Scheme Package (Premium) / Jewellery Package (Shopfront)

EARLY BIRD RATE: R2 550 per sqm
STANDARD RATE: R2 7000 per sqm
