Ferran Adrià has a lot of respect for the past. He believes that understanding the past is an important element of honesty, which is crucial to creativity.
The food designer loves watching designers work. Admitting that he is a cook more than anything else, he speaks about the difficulty of finding good ideas and the relationships that happen between people and food.
Food is the only creative act that you introduce into your body, says Adrià.
