The frog-themed work of freeRange Jewels is a response to the environmental threats that the species face. Showing for the second time at Design Indaba Expo 2009, freeRange designer Marelé Lamprecht says that the event positions them in a diverse set of exhibitors, which in turn draws a diverse crowd and allows them to get feedback directly from the public. This platform enables freeRange Jewels to see what their peers are doing, gain exposure to buyers and further their credibility.
