Nika Zupanc gives insight into the various meanings instilled in her designs, as well as the materials she uses to create simple, yet shrewd products.

Slovenian product designer Nika Zupanc is interested in simple but smart product design. Here she reveals the meaning behind a few of her pieces on display in the pop-up showcase at Tom Dixon’s Dock during the 2012 London Design Festival. Zupanc believes that her designs are simple and sincere, while being inflated with a story or meaning.
