In her work as eating designer Marije Vogelzang considers the psychological aspects of eating. She also talks here about the experience of guest editing the "Design:Digest" edition of Design Indaba magazine, which looked at all aspects of food and eating design. Vogelzang believes that food has the ability to help create understanding between people of different social groups.
