The Lady Killer Vol 1 by Atelier Ted Noten with Laikingland is a powerful little robot that works to protect and present the “Lady Killer” ring.
Created using the latest 3D printing technologies, the Lady Killer lives inside a robust transparent box with a polished finish.
The Lady Killer ring that lives inside the box is made in .22 carat yellow gold with a .5 carat brilliant cut colourless diamond and a .03 carat 2mm brilliant cut black diamond.
The materials used for the box and the mechanisms include acrylic, nylon, brushed stainless steel, motors and custom electronics.
Lady Killer Vol 1 is limited to 18 exclusive pieces, available at £40,000.00 each. The piece will also be on show at the T-Workshop during the Dutch Design Week, taking place from 22 to 30 October 2011.
