Jaime Hayón has transformed the historic building of Le Sergent Recruteur into a modern restaurant that keeps the natural rustic feel of the original building. Living by the motto “live, eat and rest”, the restaurant evokes simplicity, harmony and intimacy.
The Spanish designer opted for white stone walls that contrast with a brass backdrop and jewel green tones of upholstery and fabrics. The dining area is separated from the bar through using a honeycomb pattern panel that gives a sophisticated impression.
Le Sergent Recruteur is approachable in many ways and is the perfect setting for dining in style, comfort and warmth.
