Less than a year old, Kooky is a jewellery design business based in Cape Town, established to produce and market accessories that are quirky and fun. Some of Kooky’s best-known items include Storybangles, which feature familiar stories, folklore and famous love letters. Also featuring famous lyrics, Storybangles has ventured into the world of popular culture in terms of music, creating bespoke merchandise for Die Heuwels Fantasties and Karen Zoid.
