The Design Afrika warehouse in Woodstock is overflowing with exciting new products from the Eastern Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Zimbabwe, Burkina Faso and Madagascar, all developed and designed by Binky Newman. Oversized travel baskets, storage baskets that look like the bark of thorn trees and finely woven ottomans are some examples of the newly developed designs using the skills of traditional craftspeople.
