The work of dynamic Jo’burg design studio Rex showed as part of the World Bank Art Programme’s Africa Now! showcase exhibition in Washington DC during December. Visitors to the exhibition viewed Rex’s work from the company’s Coca-Cola M5, Coca-Cola Remix and Echo projects. The Coca-Cola projects were unique in reconnecting the Coca-Cola brand with youth audiences across Africa and the world using the wonder of art, music, science and creativity. The ECHO (Enhancing Children’s HIV Outcomes) project showcased the company’s branding redesign for the University of Witwatersrand Paediatric HIV/Aids Clinic.
