Wearable Art was this year’s theme for Rendezvous. Curated by Gordon Froud, participants ranged from the likes of fine artists Diane Victor, Musha Neluheni, Guy du Toit and Jackie McInnes to fashion designers Clive Rundle, Strangelove, Lisa Jaffe and Petro Steyn. Accompanying the runway event was an exhibition displaying the garments, preparatory sketches, accessories and photography. Now in its second year, the project again sought to raise funds for sending disadvantaged students to university.
