Zizamele Ceramics started as a job creation project, growing to the point where they sell more than 50% of their ceramics to the international market. Creators of South Africa's version of the Friendship Bowl and a range of handmade ceramic candlesticks, all the products are available in vibrant African colours and patterns, or in a sophisticated white on white. All Zizamele’s work is signed and dated by the artists who have been with the business since the beginning. These names also appear in Kerrod's book of ceramic signatures, in the confidence that the pieces will become collectables. Zizamele Ceramics is stocked by Africa Nova, Grande Provence Gallery and Rose Korber’s annual Art Salon.

Production Capacity:
All products are hand-built and hand-decorated. Production capacity is 100 bowls of varying sizes per week and 50 candlesticks per week. The production figure for the slipcast t-light holders is 150 per week.
