The Property Magazine introduces a fresh new look in 2011. The magazine’s cover simply reflects the word “property”, as a possession or something of value. Property incorporates every aspect of décor, design, luxury, trends and real estate. Readers can still expect the bigger format magazine, gorgeous décor and in-depth investigations, up-to-the-minute trend watches, comprehensive property overviews and incredible home features. There’s also that special something else, that intriguing element that will make readers determined never to miss an issue. The Property Magazine publishes three monthly regional issues in the Western Cape, Gauteng, and KwaZulu-Natal with more than 80% of the print-run nationwide being hand-delivered via a carefully targeted free-to-home distribution model for LSM 8 – 10 homeowners.
