Keiskamma Art Project is a group of more than 100 African artists and crafters specialising in commissioned tapestries and textile craft.The project, which started in 2000, focuses primarily on embroidery but is also integrating several other media such as wire and bead work, felt making, print making, painting, wirework, mosaics and ceramics. Today, the project is trading nationally and internationally, with major works in government buildings, corporate headquarters and on history book covers.
