Design Indaba Conference 2016

For its 2016 instalment Design Indaba Conference is moving to Cape Town's Artscape Theatre Centre. This exciting change of venue will see the annual conference of creativity substantially enhance its production elements, creating an even more immersive experience. This isn’t an ordinary talk shop – it is a full-on theatre of design and creativity from across the globe.

Recognised as a cornerstone of the South African creative calendar, the Design Indaba Conference has been a sold-out event every year since 2004 – and the 2016 Conference will likely be no different.

With a lineup of speakers that will once again delight and amaze attendees, the 2016 Conference intends to make full use of its change in venue to envelop its guests in a comprehensive sensory experience. With all the devices and apparatus of the Artscape’s stage at their disposal, the speakers will be able to portray their creative ideas and processes through dramatic displays and animated, multidimensional presentations.

This year Design Indaba has opted NOT to increase its rates and ticket prices will remain the same as 2015.

A limited number of discounted tickets are available, which afford attendees either 10% off the full ticket price with the Early Bird and Designer Directory discounts or 15% with the Alumni and Academics discounts. Group booking discounts also available. Read more about 2016 rates and discounts here.

Full Design Indaba Conference rates apply when discounted tickets are sold out.
