Afrikaans rapper Jack Parow’s “sophomore” album, the eagerly anticipated Eksie Ou (loosely translated as “I’m the guy”) will be available from early December 2011.
The album was produced under Parow’s own label Parowphernalia and follows on from his platinum selling Jack Parow, which was released in May 2010.
Eksie Ou will make you laugh, cry, think and “get down”, says Parow. “I just want to give people something to laugh about. South Africa has so much kak for people to worry about, so when they listen to my CD they can laugh a bit. I also have some serious songs, but they have a light undertone.”
