Dutch designer Kiki van Eijk’s recently created her first edible design.
Ice cream producer Häagen-Dazs invited Van Eijk to design the fourth edition of their yearly Christmas "gâteau glacé" (ice cream cake).
Van Eijk’s creation is called "Fleur de Glace" and is inspired by the very elegant forms of ice crystals and mountain flowers.
