It’s a first for Magis! Konstantin Grcic’s Traffic collection is the renowned furniture brand’s first furniture collection made using upholstery.
Grcic has moved Magis into a new direction in order to expand the company’s catalogue. Proposing a creation in line with the spirit of the contemporary concepts of the brand, his Traffic collection exudes an unassuming simplicity and pleasant casualness.
Traffic comprises an armchair, a two-seater sofa, two benches, a chaise longue and a platform, all composed of a three-dimensional metallic frame and accompanied by cushions characterised by simple graphic lines.
The collection challenged the company to employ one of the most humble materials on the market, wire, into a furniture piece, while maintaining with a certain aesthetic and high quality.
The structures are available in seven bright colours and the cushions are available in a wide range of Kvadrat fabrics and leather.
