The works seen in New Ceramics has traveled to New York where it can be seen in the Anthropologies Gallery at the Rockefeller Centre Gallery in New York until 28 July 2011.

Much Love Me, the body of work showing in New York, comprises works made in paper clay, which is any clay body to which processed cellulose fibre (paper being the most common) has been added. Hoffmann used earthenware clay as the base to which the fibre is added. The pieces ere then covered in a porcelain slip and decorated using various techniques, including metallic lustres, photographic transfers and hand painting.

Hoffmann is the first South African artist to exhibit at the Rockefeller Centre Gallery.
