Architecture ZA 2013 investigates the World Design Capital 2014 theme "Live design, transform life".

Celebrate design with SAIA and World Design Capital Cape Town 2014 at the V&A Waterfront! What does the mantle "World Design Capital" mean for architects and the built environment in Cape Town, South Africa and the region? SAIA answers this question at ArchitecureZA, 19 to 20 November 2013, V&A Waterfront, Cape Town.

Architecture ZA 2013 invites all built environment designers and stakeholders to assemble the broadest possible group, from architects and speciers, to interior designers, engineers, and quantity surveyors, to investigate the World Design Capital 2014 theme "Live design, transform life".

World Design Capital, Cape Town 2014 is an opportunity for architectural expression, at the smallest and largest scale and every scale in between. Now is the time for creativity and ingenuity, to take the heritage we have, along with the glamorous new buildings and the not so glamorous shanties.

Design Indaba attended the event to catch interviews with some of the leading architects involved, including Heinrich Wolff, Luyanda Mpahlwa and Y Tsai.
