The Qlocktwo is a perfect square with a matrix of symmetrically arranged character squares on the inside. Some of these characters glow in pure white, forming the words that describe the time.
Made by German designers Biegert & Funk, the Qlocktwo presents the observer with a different view of time. Rather than something fleeting, the Qlocktwo presents time as a statement: "It is half past eight."
The front of the clock is made of polished, synthetic glass that’s supported by magnets so the front surface can be replaced without visible attachments. The LEDs adjust to ambient lights with a brightness control function. The Qlocktwo is available in five different colours and a variety of languages.
