Past Design Indaba Expo exhibitor Ronel Jordaan will be taking part in the brand new Design Indaba Expo feature, First Editions at this year’s event.
Known for producing unique, inspiring, hand-felted interior and fashion products, Jordaan will unveil a striking do-it-yourself furniture unit that highlights her authentic use of craftsmanship and felt.
The Birch Corner Unit is made from 100% birch wood with a laminated finish and supported by three metal legs. The combination of materials results in a furniture unit that is both contemporary and eye-catching.
The furniture piece can be assembled as a corner unit or as a single long unit, and is flat-packed making it easy for clients to assemble in various living spaces in a DIY-style.
