Buyers at Design Indaba Expo 2012

In 2012 Design Indaba Expo presented the inaugural dedicated buyers and media day, a day before the event opened to the public.

For the first time in 2012, Design Indaba Expo presented a dedicated buyers and media day, one day before South Africa's foremost design showcase openend to the public. This initiative created an opportunity for buyers and exhibitors to interact and forge important commerical relationships. Buyers came from as far as Denmark, the US and the Netherlands.

Buyers were welcomed with a breakfast made possible with support from Wesgro, with a special official opening by Cape Town Mayor Patricia de Lille.
