From the electric to the self-made, from the motif to the driving force, bicycles popped up all over the Design Indaba Expo floor. On the Mohair SA stand a knitting machine powered by a bicycle knitted scarves that will be donated to charity, while industrial design company and winners of the Most Creative Stand award, Ideso's inventive PowerPac was on display on the Absa stand. Another exciting biking development is local start-up E-labs' prototype of an electric push bike.
