Giraffe in the room

Madrid-based design studio Kawamura-Ganjavian have designed a portable spatial divider.

In most modern offices open plan is the status quo. While this arrangement is highly flexible it often compromises individual space and affects group dynamics.

Madrid-based design studio Kawamura-Ganjavian has a possible solution in the form of a portable spatial divider. The Giraffe, which with a stretch of the imagination actually resembles the animal, create a visual enclosure for those working behind it but does not interfere with the openness of the rest of the room.

The Giraffe also doubles-up as a pin board and hub for wired connections.
