In celebration of the bicentennial of Mexican independence and the centennial of the Mexican Revolution, South African designer Sindiso Nyoni presents the Voices in Freedom collective exhibition, in which he participated.
An international exhibition taking place at the University of Johannesburg’s FADA Gallery, the initiative showcases the poster designs of 110 designers from 35 countries.
The works in Voices in Freedom were contributions to the International Poster Biennial of Mexico. The collection was inaugurated in Mexico in September 2010 and has been shown in China, Colombia, Italy, Japan, Russia and Uruguay.
Voices in Freedom is on at the FADA Gallery from 14 July to 3 August 2011.
