Combing a sense of Dutch style with an African sensibility, K&i have designed the cover of Doing Business in Africa.
The Cape Town-based design studio was commissioned by the Netherlands-African Business Council to design the cover of their latest publication, Doing Business in Africa: A Strategic Guide for Entrepreneurs.
K&i decided upon a map of Africa to be the focal point of the front cover. The continent’s shape reveals a pattern, which is influenced by both African and Dutch aesthetics.
The publication is a management book about European entrepreneurship in sub-Saharan Africa. Looking at the challenges and opportunities in Africa, the book explores how to achieve a sustainable competitive position on the continent.
