Success story: Nuno Designs

Design Indaba talks to Sue Kingsma and the rest of the Nuno Design team. This small job creation project produces handmade felt fashion and décor accessories using pure South African wool. Design Indaba Expo has been the one thing that has really marketed Nuno’s goods from the outset as it places them among likeminded people and attracts an appreciative audience. Returning to Design Indaba Expo for the past five years, Nuno has enjoyed continued growth. At this year’s expo, Nuno did two months worth of turnover in orders and sales in the space of three days.
