Senegalese fashion designer Selly Raby Kane is fast becoming a household name. A firm Design Indaba favourite, Kane has featured in a number of Design Indaba interviews and has also acted as the creative director for the look and feel of the inaugural Design Indaba Nightscape 2017, the official after party to Africa’s biggest design conference. As part of the ongoing Africa.Now series, we spoke to the creative powerhouse about her craft, working in Dakar and otherworldly fashion.
Kane took part in Design Indaba Expo's 2014 Africa is Now exhibition and was a speaker at the Design Indaba Conference 2015.
