A’ Design Award is once again opening for entries for industrial design, architectural projects, interior design work, furniture designs, innovative lighting products, communications design and building materials. There are over a hundred different design disciplines into which you can submit your work.
The annual A’ Design Award is one of the world’s largest design accolades. In 2015, there were over 800 winners from 83 countries in 89 different design categories. Entries were carefully evaluated by an internationally influential jury panel composed of established scholars, prominent press members, creative design professionals and experienced architects who gave thorough attention to the detail of every entry when they made their decisions. Designers and architects from across the globe can submit their designs at designaward.com.
A’ Design Competition results are announced every year on April 15. The very best products, projects and offerings worldwide that demonstrate superior design, technology and creativity are rewarded with the A' Design Award – the badge of excellence in design and innovation.
Award winners are invited to attend the glamorous gala-night and award ceremony in Italy where they would be called to stage to collect their trophies, award certificates and yearbooks. Winners are also provided exclusive space to take part in the “best designs of the year” exhibition to showcase their works in Italy.
The A’ Design Prize also includes a comprehensive winners’ kit given to A’ Design Award & Competition medallists to help dissemination of their news to the widest possible international audience. In addition to the trophy, certificate and book, the A’ Design Prize includes PR and marketing services such as translation of award winning works to dozens of languages, press release preparation and distribution, lifetime license to use “award winner” logo, public relations campaign for winners and communication of awarded works to thousands of media members.
Every year, projects that focus on innovation, technology, design and creativity are awarded with the A' Design Award. Entries are accepted annually till February 28th and results are announced every year on April 15. Designers worldwide are called to take part in the competition by entering their best works, projects and products. Entries must have been designed within the last 10 years.
