DADA Projects a female led 3D Motion Design Studio based in London teamed up with Google DeepMind to explore the intersection of sustainability and AI. The projects consists of two short films which provide insights into the predictive capabilities of AI impact on understanding our ecosystems.
The two films titled ‘AI for Sustainability’ and ‘Weather, Climate and Nowcasting’ visualize the speed and analytical power of AI and its potential for predicting the impact of global warming our ecosystems.
The film ‘AI for Sustainability’ explores AI’s insights on global ecosystems at various scales, showcasing its functional capabilities of analysing vast real-time and historical data to predict potential risks. The film focuses on environmental risks and how predictive data can be used to preserve vital marine ecosystems.
In the film ‘Weather Climate, and Nowcasting, AI’s predictive capabilities are used to various stages of weather scenarios, highlighting AI’s crucial role in forecasting disasters with the aim to reduce their impact.
In tandem, the films use poetic visuals to demonstrate the AI’s role in fostering sustainable ecosystems, communities and futures.
