Contrasting navy with purple, red with green, and blue with red, Dutch designer Jongerius has brought a contemporary and modern approach to textile patterns and colours.

Through colour blocking and scattered placement, Confetti creates the illusion of spheres in motion foregrounded on a solid matte surface.

Jongerius’s Confetti textile collection preserves her unique approach to colour, material and narrative. The textiles combine metallic nylon yarn with wool, which adds an atmospheric quality through natural colour variation, creating depth and textural contrast to great effect.
