Award-winning, multi-tasking illustrator, art director and designer Kate Moross burst onto the creative scene back in 2008. Seemingly instantaneously, she pioneered a style and aesthetic that became synonymous with the era. Her dynamic use of colour spawned an entirely new doctrine of design and cemented her place as one of the UK’s most exciting young artists.
Since then Moross has turned her transformative gaze to music videos, textiles, identities, murals, fashion and magazine covers for a number of international publications and brands. In 2012 Moross created Studio Moross - which she set up to focus on branding, art direction and commercial projects. Despite her busy schedule, Moross still finds time to put on her own solo shows, as well as being a frequent guest lecturer and public speaker, offering her views on how to make it in the hyper-competitive design world – a topic she is undeniably an expert on.
Consistently true to herself and her vision, Moross has proven time and time again that her imagination and creative energy know no limits. Repeatedly producing work that is at once individual and distinct while also dripping in her infectious, playful personality, it’s not hard to understand why her and her studio are in such high demand.
