Christopher MacClements is a classically trained architect from Cape Town. He completed his studies at the University of Pretoria and identify as a multidisciplinary and self-taught graffiti artist, illustrator and creative.
His daily pursuits in architecture, graffiti and the arts have culminated in a multifaceted design approach that draws inspiration from all his respective fields of interest. He considers each discipline a string in his bow – each one is equally instrumental in hitting the mark and finding his voice as a creative and designer.
For MacClements creative exploration and collaboration inspires his creative journey. The artist describes himself as someone who simply tries, daily, to explore and interpret the inner workings of his mind and the minds of others through the circuitous process of design and collaboration.
MacClements is currently working as a Candidate Architect at a small architectural practice based in Cape Town, but uses most of his downtime creating a life outside of architecture through exploration and experimentation in his respective spheres of design influence.
