All over Africa, geometric shapes and symbols are used as a kind of code; a way of sharing an identity or a story. Inspired by an ancient form of communication, each of the frames designed by Mettlemirrors is crafted by hand from wood, adorned with recycled aluminium patterns and embellished with coloured metal detail.
