Jannes Hendrikz is the compositor and creative director of the Blackheart Gang by night, and TVC director for Shy the Sun by day. Completely self-taught, Hendrikz began his career at Refinery before moving to BlackGinger.

Bob Sabiston is an independent filmmaker in Austin, Texas. His company, Flat Black Films, makes films that investigate new uses of computers in the visual arts arena. Sabiston received his Masters from the MIT Media Lab in 1991.

Christoph Niemann was born in Waiblingen, Germany, in 1970. After his studies at the Stuttgart Academy of Fine Arts, he moved to New York City, where he has been working as an illustrator, animator and graphic designer since 1997.

James Victore is a self-taught, independent designer. Victore’s work ranges from publishing, posters and advertising to illustration and animation. His clients include Moët & Chandon, Target, Amnesty International, the Lower East Side Tenement Museum and Portfolio Center.

Airside is a cross-platform design agency that works in moving image, illustration, graphic design, digital and real world interaction. Founded 10 years ago by Alex Maclean, Fred Deakin and Nat Hunter, their unique approach has won them many awards.
